I’m a first-time renter and was excited to get my first apartment through YONO, but my experience has been disappointing overall. I do appreciate Annabel for helping me get approved and into my first apartment, but aside from that my experience has not been the best. I was rushed into signing for an unfinished unit with the promise of $500 off if I signed quickly. The same $500 promotion was listed on Zillow, but after I asked, they said it only applied to “selected units,” which was never stated. The manager who told me I qualified left right after my lease was signed, and now they’re telling me to contact her or provide a screenshot of an ad that’s been removed. Honest review...I resided at YoNo for over a year. I signed a 16-month lease for a studio apartment. The apartment was ok. I had hardwood floors, large closets, and the kitchen was updated. During the first few months of my tenancy, I enjoyed the nice fragrance and the soft jazz that would play as you waited for the elevators. It was such a welcoming vibe. I moved because I was outgrowing my space and the rent was going up. They also have mice and roaches. My apartment wasn't infested, but I would see a roach every now and then. They had an exterminator come every week upon request. Once I had a dead mouse under my bed. I put in a service request for them to remove it. (I am deathly afraid of mice-dead or alive). This is not a FAKE FIVE STAR review. I called the leasing office and was responded to immediately by an leasing agent named Anabel. She explained the process from start to finish. I already know the process of renting an apartment and what is needed. She STILL explained it to me. I learned a long time ago about reviews on the internet. She "ASKED ME" what I want to do as far as moving forward and moving in. There was no pressure. She told me what is available. I never told her I worked and have done assessments in this apartment building before. I know what they look like and the layout of the building. YoNo offers the best value for apartment living in urban Philadelphia. It is located near a mass transportation hub, renowned hospital, and prestigious schools/universities. The grounds are immaculately kept and every amenity one could ask for is available including an impressive gym, rooftop lounge, safe on-site parking, and ample laundry facilities. The staff are attentive and responsive, as well as the maintenance team. It's a quiet, friendly building and the best "bang for your buck". Happy to have been a resident for the past three years!

I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. I am very happy living here. The staff and the maintenance dept are great. Very professional and diligent. If there's an issue, I can generate a maintenance/exterminator work order through a very easy to navigate app......I can even set the priority, take pictures and/or video of the issue(s). Most importantly, the speed at which they respond is exemplary. We have 2 laundry rooms(11th floor and the basement) and every floor has a trash room which is emptied daily. All of my neighbors are very nice people and my floor area is very quiet. As for security, I have never had any issues parking my vehicle in our lot. I pay an additional 85.00 for the 'off street' parking option. Inside the bldg.....it's set up like hotel lobby. Another app allows/
