We recently completed a renovation of our home with Yoder and Sons. The project started out as a small dining room addition and kitchen remodel, but quickly turned into a full house remodel (except the bathrooms). In addition to new kitchen and dining room, we ended up replacing all the windows (they needed it), replaced all the flooring, repaired all drywall and painted entire interior, added a beautiful screened in back porch, replaced the stairs and railings, upgraded the fireplace and added stone facing to it. Our house is beautiful now. The employees and contractors that Yoder works with are excellent. I’m picky, but they are very good all of them, the results speak for themselves.

We hired Yoder & Sons Construction for a home update – new floors, bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, paint, fireplace, roof, conditioned crawlspace – and the addition of an office, laundry room, three-season room, and deck. From design to final details, Jay and his team were responsive and patient with our specific requirements and changes, accomplishing all with their signature excellent workmanship. Ammon, his project manager, was on site almost daily ensuring the highest quality work by his team as well as subcontractors, answering my questions, and planning next steps - in concert with the weather. We now have a new house and could not be more pleased with the result.

Jay and his team did a great job building my house. He uses a trusted set of subcontractors and each one of them did a fantastic job. For example, after the framing was complete, I measured the dimensions of every room - they were all within 1/8 of an inch of the plans - impressive! The rest of the work was done with the same attention to detail. The end result is a very well-built home!
