If I could give zero stars I would. David Yeatts lacks honesty and integrity. When faced with questions requesting documentation of payments and records he is full of excuses. He "managed" a property for my parents for years. After my father died I became involved with the rental property. There was no contact from Yeatts or rental payments received for over 12 months. When I investigated the property further I found it had been vacated and was left in terrible conditions. My advise is to seek a different, more professional organization than Yeatts and Co.

A company of man and daughter who have no integrity. Word of advice to all just steer clear of this rental/property management company. Do not waste your $40 application fee($80 if married) here with this company. I’m convinced it’s a scam to collect application fees. One day you’ll be told you’re approved with certain conditions 24 hrs later you’ll be told “the owners don’t want this or that.” Please don’t waste your time or money.

The house was disgusting when I moved in I had to clean it myself. I had no heat for a month and they still expected me to pay rent and at that time I had a new born. In the Summer I had possums in my house. It took them over a month to send a professional they sent the maintenance man first for whatever reason and I wasn't living in the house and they expected me to pay rent. Needless to say I moved out in September it's December and I'm still waiting on my deposit. Mr. Yeatts is VERY RUDE I'll never rent from this company again.

By far the WORST company I’ve ever rented from I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM THEM!!! Mr. Yeatts is a very rude guy he’s NEVER in the office. The property I rented from them was vacant for 3 plus years and he didn’t even tell me i had to find out from the neighbors that lived next door. So many maintenance issues it’s ridiculous I’m so glad I’m moving out soon! It took them 6 months to find out why i had black particles coming out of the water pipes in my kids bathroom every time I cut the water on....Overall worst experience EVER DO NOT RENT FROM THE COMPANY!!

The kindest man and his daughter run this small business. Very considerate of both renter's concerns and owner's requirements. Rented 10+ years through Yeatts and nothing but praise for him!
