Yavapai Hills Apartments

I really like this apartment! It’s clean, quiet, and in a super convenient location, near shopping centers and schools. Management is helpful and quick whenever something needs fixing. Honestly, it’s been a great place to live—I’d definitely recommend it.

Great place to move. It’s very quiet and peaceful, 2 laundry mats, dog and kids park and place for bbq area, night security to keep homeless out. Alma Ruelas is the manager and she very helpful and works with you. Me and my wife enjoy the place a lot, would recommend to anyone looking for a quite peaceful place in the inner city

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Black mold, bedbugs, leaks, problems with the lights, maintenance will not actually fix problems but cover them up. Lived here for 3 years and it was the worst experience of my life. I made a review detailing everything but Google has a character limit. So feel free to look at the pictures. The fridges leak coolant, the A/C's leak water, our bathroom leaked water pretty much every day for years and they would never fix it. They took our bathroom sink for months and returned it leaking, causing more mold. The black mold was everywhere inside the ceilings and walls. Bedbugs are completely infested in one building. Cops are there all the time for various reasons. Your car WILL get broken into in the parking lot and they will somehow never get it on their security cameras. T

The new leasing manager Renee is awesome! Super friendly and very communicative! She also is very willing to work with you if you are needing a little help for whatever reason. She has brought in more maintenance to help get this complex back in the correct order. Side note (there were 2 other leasing managers before Renee that were not this same way at all, and they just let anyone in). Renee is pleasant to work with as the leasing manager we have and I’m glad she’s here. Great new updates are coming, and there are also some new updates coming. My fiancé, I and our 4 kids are pretty happy here especially with the convenience of where everything is located.
