Yarrowood Highlands

There is constant noise from neighboring units. I reached out to the manager both in person and by email, but no action was taken and my emails went unanswered. The building often has a bad smell coming from certain units. The location is right by the highway, with very loud traffic noise, and the windows are poorly sealed. There was even a biohazard leakage issue. For a billing mistake, I had to go to their office five separate times. They promised to correct it, but they keep ignoring it

If you ever need real help or try to hold management accountable, be prepared for retaliation. Instead of resolving problems, they will target you with fake names, false claims, or even eviction attempts. Balconies are rotting, apartments have mold, and serious maintenance issues are ignored. On top of that, they will add questionable or fake charges to your rent ledger. Save yourself the stress — this place is unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth the risk.

Wanted to visit this place, never heard back from them after 3 follow ups! I scheduled a tour and called to confirm twice, left voicemail. The reason we called in the first place was because someone left a review that no one showed up for their tour. Glad we did so. I can't imagine what the residents go through trying to get in touch with them.

My husband and I moved to Yarrowood Highlands about a month ago. After a very long apartment search, we found it. The staff here were so helpful with the tours, answering questions, and setting up the contracts. The apartments are very spacious and have a cosy feel to them. It's a quick 5 min drive to downtown Kirkland and the waterfront. The property is more secluded than most however, you can hear the highway on one side. Despite this, it's a very quiet neighborhood with nice grounds. There is also a nice trail with an entrance on property. So far we have had no issues with water, heating, or electric. Everything has worked perfectly! We have felt so at home here at Yarrowood and highly recommend it to any looking for a new place!
