Be warned they are just trying to take your money and your time they do not care about you at all !!!! Probably one of the worst leasing agents I have ever had in my life. I lived there for almost 3 1/2 years and the last year I lived there they did whatever they could possibly ruin my time while being there ignored me and completely inconvenience me the whole entire time there actually is the head there and completely sucks at communication nor does she know how to even say two words in an email. They also up charged me almost 500-750 my rent when I first got there was 1800. When I left was almost 2700 then they made me pay almost $290 when I left the apartment completely cleaned and almost got out there a month beforehand and couldn’t communicate with me when I was trying to move out. I

Such a special little spot to live in Capitol Hill. Nestled in between all the stores and restaurants of 15th street and the tranquil (bougie) residential neighborhoods surrounding Volunteer Park. I will never forget waking up to birds chirping and taking long walks enjoying all the flowering trees and bushes from March to May. It’s also beautiful in the fall as the neighborhoods turns red and orange. As a stoop unit, I had so many lovely conversations with passing neighbors and many adorable dogs. Johnny the property manager was not only attentive and kind, he was also extremely supportive when I was faced with an emergency and needed new keys + locks asap. He’s the type of community member to return the kindness you give him tenfold! The rooftop is one of the best hidden secrets. Rarely

Pros: - Quiet location - Apartment layout is okay - When I do communicate with management, they are nice people Cons: - Floor to ceiling sound insulation is terrible. Could hear my upstairs neighbor running and jumping at all hours, including 2 AM - 5 AM. Filing a noise complaint with management accomplished nothing. - Charged $195 for move in cleaning fee but the carpet wasn't even vacuumed. I vacuumed up a ton of hair on move in, which is ridiculous. Told management about this with photo proof, and they once again did nothing. - Management is either incompetent, overworked, neglectful, or shady. They are the opposite of proactive. I had to make repeated requests to get my holding fee put towards next month's rent, as is required by law. They didn't print out the move in checklist and

We lived here for 2+ years and really loved it. The building was a treat to come home to, with its resort-like entry courtyard (complete with fire pit). Our quiet, well laid-out apartment had windows on 3 sides, so the light was great; our huge living room windows looked onto the Cascades and downtown. Thoughtfully furnished and landscaped, the shared roof deck had great views of the Space Needle and Mount Rainier; we took advantage of the free garden tubs to grow vegetables all summer, and got to know our neighbors this way. (The roof also offered a safe outdoor respite in these weird times, which we used every day when the weather was good). We also found the management super responsive and communicative.

From my POV this have definitely been a great experience thus far since moving here in Nov22. The neighbors are quiet, nice and just wholesome people. I have transferred units here with ease. Management has made living here comfortable as allowed in there means. Looking forward to renewing.
