I’ve lived at different complexes through the years and I can say that Rose in the office is wonderful. Always prompt to return calls or emails. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues as well. Overall the complex is quiet and no major issues over the last two years.

I’ve lived at Yardarm Apartments for a year and a half, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always so kind. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and is always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also top-notch — any request I’ve made has been addressed quickly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere here is peaceful, and I truly enjoy living in such a well-maintained complex. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment!

Rose, the manager, is the best. She truly makes sure all the residents are happy and makes sure things are fixed within a timely manner. I’ve been here 6 months and do not have any intention on leaving anytime soon. I truly love living here! I recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I have been living in yardarm for about 3 years now, the reason I feel my experience of living at yardarm has been so cozy and inviting if because of rose. Yes rose our office leasing agent she truly goes above and beyond for her residence, if you need anything night or day, she makes things happen for you!!! I highly recommend yardarm :)

I had been looking for a place to rent and I’m so glad I chose Yardarm Apts. The property manager, Rose, was so kind and helped us with the process of getting into our apartment. Application and approval took an hour. We came on a Wednesday and signed lease/got our keys that same week on a Friday. My little girl kept pointing out how nice and sweet Rose was and that says a lot. Maintenance has also been very quick in getting work orders completed!!
