I bought two units at X space and I’m very happy with my purchase. You have endless possibilities with great facilities. The building management is very professional and responsive. Some use it just for personal space, some for business, some for pleasure. It’s a social and fun atmosphere.

Really cool concept and the perfect place to keep and maintain my classic Porsche. Great community of like minded car enthusiasts as well as business owners. I really enjoy working on my car in the comfortable climate controlled environment and the facility has an amazing clubhouse overlooking Lake Travis.

I’m a current tenant and love the building. Incredibly accommodating owners, good sized units and pricing, and a killer lounge with a view. If you’re looking for up-class storage or an office for your business I would highly recommend XSpace!

I LOVE my XSpace! There is nothing like it in Austin! When I was looking for a small warehouse space, all I could find were huge warehouses for larger companies. At XSpace I'm able to have a small storage space with an office loft, and have a beautiful owners lounge with conference room and catering kitchen for any client meetings or presentations I may have. And there is an amazing view of Lake Travis. It's the perfect solution for startups and I love owning my own space!

XSpace is a great facility. Lots of good people in the community. The units themselves are climate controlled and good to work out of or for storage of high value items (including cars, lots of cool ones).
