I would never associate with XCD reality. They were very unprofessional due to the time of hardship my family was going through and used my assistance from UMom against me to discriminate my situation and settle for a home that had termites, unsanitary, and not to mention a safety hazard from the flooring. This is property 811 s silvercreek court in Casa grande. KEVIN AND SAMIR WERE VERY RUDE FROM THE START AND TAKE ADVANTAGE FROM ORGANIZATIONS FOR EXTRA 100S. BE WARE OF THIS REALITY.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with this company. I had to Had to move last minute unexpectedly and they were able to accommodate a next day move-in. The level of professionalism is unmatched. It was a seamless transition from deposit to move into cleaning, an absolutely overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Samir and Sonjay are a dream team you want on your side. 10/10

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CHOICE, THIS COMPANY TOOK OVER A PROPERTY I WAS RENTING. I MOVED OUT AUGUST 31st 2025. TODAY IS OCTOBER 3 2025, AND I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GO IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH OF ME WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THE VM IS FULL SO I WAS FORCED TO GO IN PERSON. I SAT AND WAITED WHILE JUSTIN FINISHED HIS CONVERSATION NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING ME UNTIL HE HUNG UP, THEN HE LIED TO ME IN MY FACE AND TOLD ME I COULD COME PICK UP MY SECURITY DEPOSIT ON MONDAY, JUST TO GET HOME AND GET A EMAIL SAYING I WOULD NOT BE GETTING A SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK DUE TO PAINTING, AND BASEBOARDS. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS THE FIRST PROPERTY TO WITHHOLD MY DEPOSIT. BE CAREFUL, THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT EVEN L

I just moved out two weeks ago called about my deposit wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. I emailed a dozen times about my deposit wasn’t able to get it back so I just know if you rent from this property management you will be probably going to court to fight for your money back, I spent three days cleaning up the property at a Pictures very clean and wasn’t able to get my deposit back

So far they have been great. We signed a lease prior to seeing the home in person because we were relocating from southern AZ. (Risky on our part, I know.) Upon arriving to our new house we were met with some major concerns. However XCD realty, and Jessica specifically, have been nothing but attentive and quick to solve all of our concerns. Any issues we ran into, have been met with a quick & complete resolve- leaving us completely satisfied with this property management team & company. They use an easy to navigate tenant portal where you can pay rent, and request maintenance easily.
