Wynwood Place Apartments

Wynwood is contributing to ongoing littering in Raleigh. I am writing to express my concern regarding the inadequate dumpster provision at Wynwood Place Apartments for tenants to dispose of their waste. Furthermore, due to the dumpster's location, it attracts external parties who improperly discard their garbage, furniture, and waste. Consequently, litter and waste permeate throughout the neighborhood, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Despite numerous complaints being filed, the issue persists on a weekly basis, indicating that the problem will not be resolved unless the apartment complex takes appropriate measures. Beautiful Property! Newly Renovated. I just moved in a few months ago and LOVE IT! Hard to find something this nice around $1000 mo but this has everything new ss appliances, cabinets, granite, floors, etc and is close to downtown Raleigh and beltline!
