Winfield apartment at Terrace is a place you wanna call home I’ve been here over a year now and I feel like I don’t wanna leave. My property manager is very nice and very understandable that he makes me don’t wanna leave when I call maintenance or sent out for the maintenance to come. They never hesitate they come right out. I put in a slip today. They come today. The rent is awesome. The place is clean. We have no bugs. No mice. And again, this is not just Apartment. It’s a place that you really could call home. and let’s not forget our free parking so again if you’re looking for a place to call home, you want to come check us out very pleasant place to live with no problems with that being said, I love it here 🤪

I have been living here at Wynnefield for 3 years and I have not ever received such horrible service until Alex the regional became the regional manager. I have received the most racial and belittling service this far. I was told by Alex he does not respect me and it’s starting to show! I have placed multiple work orders in and they have closed them out stating they were completed, which they were not completed. They came in my home to redo my bathroom floor and change out my vanity due to a leak in my bathroom that has caused mold. Here are some photos of the completed work! Please do not ever move here coming from a resident, realtor, and property manager!

Hello All, I’ve been living here going on 3 years. And, I must say I have had my ups and downs. Especially, because this is my first apartment on my own. What I will say is, I have seen a turn around in the new management. I have noticed the changes around the community. The new laundry room does look better. It is brighter. I’ve ALWAYS admired how well groomed the OUTTER/ AROUND the complex is kept. From the gardening, to the clean up, to the early morning upkeep of the complex. I recently had an issue regarding my bill Don’t get me wrong they were strict and meant business (like any business) but they kept their word. I appreciate that because they did not have to. I made sure to do the same. The neighborhood is safe. I haven’t heard or seen anything alarming and I’m from NYC. I know ALA

My experience with wynnfield management was horrible I was a potential tenant. I toured the apartments 3 to be exact. Put in an application didn’t hear back from anyone. So I have it a few days with the hopes of hearing back about my application. Reached out once more still no results on whether I was accepted or not. I finally received an email about signing up for a guarantors program me thinking it’s junk mail I deleted it because it wasn’t specific about where if it came from. I call the property manager once more to check the status of my application I finally get an answer after about 1 week with him saying my application wasn’t denied but it was contingent upon whether I could get accept for “guarantors program” email I had initially deleted bc I didn’t know who it came from.
