Wyndham Vacation Resorts

Unfortunately I read reviews after paying for a time share lecture. Think about it people, why would these people charge you $60 for you to come and spend your valuable time listening to their forced intent to make you purchase even more from them???? Refund me my payment and my time with this scam. I paid for this right in front of margaritaville during the christmas shinanighans by credit card and was told I would recieve all of the info by email. Instead I recieved an email with proof of what I paid for...which was nothing. The reciept was even scamming. It definitely charged you but with partial info and a BLANK on the area that says what you paid for. They dont evendisclose the area of where you will be attending the time share terror. My experience over at the Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk was absolutely disgusting. Their employees closed to the Go Rio Cruise were unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Once we told them we were not interested in their yearly pass due to a bad experience we had previous at another location Joseph, their sales representative, started cussing and became aggressive at me in front of my family and disrespecting me in front of my 5 year old. Beyond disgusted at how they treated us and it appears there’s so many other reports about this. This needs to be stopped!

Booked a reservation since earlie JUNE,and call and left voice mail yesterday that the reservation is change without any notice. No Email No notifications. They Just change from the 4 star hotel to 2 stars hotel without customer notice!! All through out the experience with them very stressful. CUSTOMER SERVICE is rude, no patient, Very unprofessional, Please People stay away from this people ! not WORTHY to do business with them. It just wasting your MONEY, Your Energy!!!!

I was told a bunch of fun awesome discounts I could get for my birthday with a very brief "also there's like a 2 hr tour you'll learn more" message at the end AFTER we already spent $20 for the package, went to collect those discounts etc and then got told its a 2 hour mandatory presentation. We didn't have time for it and the young lady who sold us the package was very backhanded and passive aggressive when we opted for a refund. Not only will I not be partaking in this tour (on my literal actual birthday of all days) but I'm also never going to stay at a wyndham hotel because of this. Whenever you call Wyndham Rewards points department, they try and encourage you to talk to the Wyndham Vacation / Travel dept in the lure of earning 500 free points "just for talking to them". I fell for that once and never got my bonus 500 pts. Called them again several months later and they tried to rinse and repeat same tactic saying "Lets talk again and we promise you this time we will give you the 500 points". 100% SCAM!
