Wyndham Pointe

I love living at Wyndham Point. Boyd-Wilson is great. They have done a lot to make the grounds pleasant and any maintenence issues that may arise are handled immediately. They return emails quickly and are available to answer an questions. Being in a wheelchair presents problems but the floorplan is such that it is easy to get around. A great place to live!

I've been here for almost a year now, and recently we've come under new management, Boyd Wilson, and it's absolutely without a doubt the best thing to happen. Instead of getting scolded like a child via text or email for silly uncontrollable things, and feeling like you're walking on eggshells all the time. We now have a very kind and understanding management team watching over us (Lauren, Brooke and Ben). Instant fixes like the upkeep of the lawn and new plants out front, no more weeds that are taller than me. Our hallway lights are on 24/7, so now I can finally see when I'm walking down the steps with my impatient dog when it's dark out. It's been a wonderful change. These apartments are so gorgeous inside and out and very spacious. Perfect location and I feel very safe. It's very quiet

I highly recommend Wyndham Pointe Apartments! I’ve lived here for over 3 1/2 years now (since the opened) and I absolutely love it! The owners are friendly, attentive and responsive to any maintenance requests or concerns I have. The apartment units are NEW, modern, well-maintained and spacious, providing an open, comfortable living space. The wood floors and fireplace are a couple of my favorite features! Location is also ideal, making it convenient to access nearby shopping, the Casino and the amazing park across the street! The only thing missing is a pool ;) Overall, it's a fantastic place to call home.

Very convenient location for most things on the east side of York. Property grounds also have improved since new management took over in October.

We're truly enjoying our stay here at 2 Wyndham Drive Apartments. It's a really a hidden gem! For us, it's a pleasant peaceful experience living here. The staff in my opinion truly cares about its residence. From day one, I had an excellent experience with expedited screening and smooth moving in from Minnesota. Megan one of the office staff is always on top of any issues we may have had and she is there for anything we may need. The apartment is amazing! spacious, laundry inside the apartment! This is definitely the best apartment that we've ever had. The complex is quiet, secure and very well-kept. I highly recommend Wyndham Pointe for your next apartment home.
