Wyndchase Bellevue Apartments

My boyfriend and I just moved in and it has been an extremely pleasant experience! No issues whatsoever with the move-in process and all of my many questions were answered very promptly and kindly. Property management are very down to earth and easy to talk with, they make sure that you feel heard. Jodi is the best! I adore our cute floor plan and it is located in a very nice area! I feel confident that we will be happy here. :-)

UPDATE: After living here for less than three months, we have experience three instances of water leaking into the apartment. The first occurred after a heavy night of rain. Water came into the apartment and we had about half an inch of standing water in the guest bedroom (carpeted) and the dinning room overnight. Wyndchase was quick to fix the issue and we've had not other issues with rain since. However, in the meantime, our maintenance closet, hallway, part of the primary bedroom (carpeted), and son's bedroom closet (carpeted) have been flooded by a clogged, primary pipe on two separate occasions. The most recent instance occurred yesterday (Oct. 6, 2025). It was HORRIFIC. I cannot begin to explain the smell of the water. Since it was Sunday, we had to wait a few hours to have a plumber

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and accommodating. My main request is that I wish the complex would have the individual building breezeways and steps pressure-washed more often. Because we have a valet trash service, some residents choose to leave their garbage out all the time. The garbage creates stains and dirt. There is dust and spiderwebs everywhere and a generally grimy appearance. Other than that, the property is well maintained.

Jodi is fantastic! She is patient, kind and authentic! She is definitely a great representation of Wyndchase. There are a lot of apartments in Bellevue, however, this cozy area seems to be spot on for me!

Just moved out of this apartment after a year. They are older but the staff is great. Most importantly Russell (maintenance) is awesome. He works crazy hard and fast and always felt comfortable with his professionalism along with work ethic. Wish more places had people like that surrounding their properties.
