Wyndchase Apartment Complex

had an AWFUL experience with the property manager yolanda. I have never been talked to so rudely by anyone in my life especially in a professional dynamic. This place should be shut down. They also gave me a fridge that was infested with roaches infesting my entire apartment and I had to fight extremely hard to get even a small portion of my deposit back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!!!

Horrible management. Yolanda Reyes is a very condescending person. Very rude and fake. Stay far away from this apartment complex save your money. Don’t waste your time. Unless you like being harassed and talked down to.

Yolanda is the WORSE property manager ever.! Stay away for the sake of your peace, sanity & money.! The units are NOT taken care of at all. When moving in our cabinet was COVERED with roaches as well as behind fridge & inside dishwasher. It was the most horrible experience ever here. . She also harasses you all hours of the day/night.

- HORRIBLE landlord i lived at the apts with an ex , &&' when i left i told her I wanted to be removed from the lease. Years later i find out Yolanda let my ex live in that apt under my name, knowing my situation she let it happen. They left and has left me with an eviction on my background report , I called not to long ago to figure it out , &&’ they said she no longer worked there !!

Had the pleasure to rent here for a year and would have happily stayed longer but I am relocating out of state. The property manager is extremely kind but not a pushover and extremely helpful. Any issues and she will take care of them so If you are a responsible person this is the ideal place to rent.
