--- I cannot recommend renting from this landlord due to significant concerns about health and safety. When I moved in to my duplex, the 1st month my washroom had rain water flooding in, a month or so later there was an ant problem in the cabinets destroying all my food, then a few months after that termites coming thru vents. It was one thing after another. But worst of all my place was filled with toxic mold throughout the property. So from Oct of 2023- June 30th of 2024, all of 8 mos this all took place. I never encountered mold, i was ignorant to what it does and how much harm it could cause. Once i googled, and listened to professionals doctors as well trained professionals that test for this stuff, only then did i find out the danger i was in. I was so dizzy i could barely walk str

Best landlord we have ever had! He is very responsive to maintenance issues. He takes very good care of his properties! We only left because we were supposed to be moving to West, TX. He is far superior to anyone else!
