Terrible experiences! Had to fight for AC / heat constantly and my special son has bad asthma Can't begin to tell you all.Upstairs garbage disposal/and sink came up ours and everywhere on carpet.Hopefully new management by now

Dr. Ruby has been nothing but amazing since I moved in(July 2023). The community is quiet and well kept. Maintenance has been timely, the building is kept clean and the grounds are well cared for. I know it is because Dr. Ruby cares, THANK YOU DR RUBY!

A family member of mine lives there. And their car has been broken into 4 times. And the gas has been siphoned out of their tank at least five times now. One of the break in's they shattered the window and stole the stereo. Now, they do not keep anything in it. And it still is broken into and has the stolen. Repairs take forever. And when done, they are not done well.

The worst management team I’ve ever seen, they hold my application for almost one month, they took my money, to tell me at the end that the apartment was already took by someone else, the laziest office people I’ve ever seen in my life.

It’s cheap but it comes with issues in the apartment. •When we were first looking for an apartment they told us we could move in by December we ended up not moving in till February. •When we came by to check the apartment it was already covered in dog hair on the carpet the lock for the key didn’t work but they fixed that quickly, the plastic thing to shift the blinds break too easily I have told them if we can get new ones I was told that I would most likely have to pay for it. It was already dirty mold on the sink of the bathrooms and in the shower. •Sometime in mid July-Beginning of August ‘23 we reported that the A/C was not working and they took 4/5 days to fix it while it was the worse heat there ever was. •For the balcony my mom almost went over the ledge but they came and fixed tha
