I needed help selling my mom's mobile home. It wasn't a big sale, but WSR still gave me excellent customer service. At first we thought it was going to be an easy fast sale because we were selling the mobile home at a competitive price, but there was a lot steps that had to be taken. WSR was very personal in their response and took great care to keep us informed of the process. First we had to list the property, that was not in good condition. WSR helped us find an affordable cleaning company, walked us through all the regulatory fixes, negotiated with the buyer's agent, and found a title and escrow company. Richard is very responsive to our requests, and ensures that they are fulfilled in a timely manner with little to no disruption in our daily lives. Whenever I visit property management, the receptionist is always very friendly and welcoming. Overall renting through WSR has been a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.
