Wright Senior Apartments is the right place

I am very disappointed with the fact you would have an emergency call line for maintenance when your A/C goes out and not one person take the time out to call . I called because I started feeling warm inside my apartment. I looked up at the thermostat and it read 80 degrees so I made a call for someone to come check it and that was before 6pm , never received a call or text , time went on and it was 11:07 pm and 83 degrees in here . I called again. I don’t know what they considered a emergency with the A/C , however some people suffer with nose bleed when overheated , asthma and headache and what may not be a emergency or problem for maintenance is a concern for me. Here it’s 2:05 am and I’m awake while my fan is tossing around heat . This is a major problem and concern for me and I’m not

Walter was so helpful and friendly. He paid equal attention to my mom and to both my husband and I as we discussed finding a new home for mom. He was patient and kind and thorough and took all the time we needed to make us feel welcomed.

I have lived here for 10+ years and have seen several repair men. Some did their jobs many did not. Since Juan has been here he has impressed many. Always with a smile on his face asking how you are doing and telling to enjoy the day. When coming to make a repair he gives you time to get to the door. Most of us do not quickly anymore. He has everything needed to complete the job. Previous people did not and had to make several trips. Before leaving he always asked if there is anything else. All with the same great smile and sometimes a laugh. Also when I see him in the hallways he greets me. He is making sure that each one of here feels important. Sometimes he is the only one we see and he makes sure that we know that he sees us. I pray that he is here for a long time. I really

My mother lives at this facility. It used to be SO good before Conam purchased them. There are MANY issues that need to be addressed from cleanliness of common areas to repairs that need to be done to consistently having key fob access to the front door. The people in the management office change continually. Mom has been trying to get a covered parking place for eight months, and no one can find the list... I've been trying a few weeks to contact the Conam corporate office and have not had any response from anyone. It's to the point of considering a move.

I would like to thank the new manager, I had a fire in my oven on last week she got my message and responded immediately she was very polite and considerate. , there are one other concerns that should be addressed, we had a power outage and the hallways were very dark and we had to use cell light and flash lights, I think we should have back up lights that come on when there is a power outage, the older people were really having a hard time being in the dark, I would like to thank her for her immediate response.
