Applied as a guarantor and was approved. Received a call the next day to advise the unit was given to someone else. I’m upset that they were aware that the unit was no longer available. I provided my information and went through the entire process just to be let done. Totally unethical and no regard for others. Dara says the unit was given to someone else while she was away at lunch. I started the guarantor process at 4 pm.. Despite asking several times to ensure the unit was still available and being told ‘yes it is’ by Dara….somehow the unit is no longer available. These companies will not only take your application fee knowing good and well the unit is no longer available. Shame on you all. Luckily, I’m a homeowner and will hopefully never need your services. I moved from the west coast to the Farrington in my apartment without viewing it initially. Jo Ann and Leslie were very nice and helpful in getting me settled in. I lived there for nearly 5 years which tells a lot considering I never viewed the apartment before moving. The maintenance staff comes when I put my requests in and the community is well kept and very quiet. My issue was with people who disobeyed the no smoking rule in apartments… I could smell whatever they were smoking come through the vents which I detested. Plus I had a neighbor who didn’t like throwing out his trash. Otherwise, it was a great experience and a nice place to call home. It’s also really close to the library which was very helpful for me. Worst management company to ever exist. Continuously causing more headaches because they are out of touch . God forbid you are disabled. They will deny your parking request for made-up reasons and cause further inconvenience.

Such a bad experience at Coralina Apartments. They don't respond to complaints of loud music after 10pm or kids ringing doorbells and running, trash piling up outside doors (except they wrote me a nasty letter due to my neighbors' trash). They don't pick up trash (or dog crap that others leave) on the property, I have been watching the same red solo cup for 3 months and have even made maintenance request for it. No security to speak of. Threatens you when they make a mistake like giving another tenant our meter number and address. They made a verbal agreement ( I made the offer they agreed) to let me move and get my deposit back, but sent me an email saying they rescind, this after I paid a deposit on a new place. It looks like court is in the future. Luckily my work has a Contract A
