WPD Management

The heat was on all summer and now it's after Nov 1st and there is no heat!! I'm sick and disabled. I don't go to school or work. Heat should be all day and night.. but it's freezing in my unit. I've called and texted and used the dumb Apfolio they got us being charged 10$ to pay rent. If I had an extra 10$ I wouldn't be on section 8. It's sad really. I messed up and signed a two year lease for the free tv....people don't fall for it!! It's ah setup. My kitchen floor gets frequently flooded with soapy water, bleach water, and I been telling them for a year now and it's still not fixed. The heat is now what's the next problem because how is it just as cold inside as it is out? How is this ok for landlords to do to their tenants? Disabled at that!! Jesus stop by today and fix the issue with my front dood lock. He did an awesome job!!! He fix my door as if it was his own. I’ve been living here since 2019 and I’ve never seen a maintenance worker with such passion for their job!! Also most of the maintenance workers I’ve encountered have very unpleasant presentation, Jesus was very kind and I felt comfortable with him being at my unit to fix the issue with my door!! WPD the tenants need more maintenance like Jesus!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

This property is not good to rent from not only do they have mice. They have issues with their hot water. They have issues with the heaters when it comes down to your inspection they do not give you the heads up that they come to fix the problem they come the same day of my inspection ,like today )02/03/2026 so they could be able to pass their inspection. The property manager needs to be fired never answer his phone, never call back about anybody concerns. I have pictures of dead mice. I don’t want to stay there for two years. my family has asthma. The building needs to be shut down . Hopefully the city see this and shut that building down. I wasn’t home when they got there but I had been dealing with a roach problem for about 2 months, they came out of nowhere but I haven’t seen a roach in weeks since the extermination and also found a dead mice under my couch! So it’s safe to say the service was phenomenal

While searching for a rental unit, I received an email from WPD management. My first interaction was good. We spoke on the phone, I was asked what was I looking for in a rental unit. I was given options. We scheduled to view a unit and I liked the unit. Now the move in process has began. WPD made my rental search easy.
