Worthington Yards

So beautiful!! Spent the evening here for an event and was immediately jealous of the residents. The patio is inviting. I would probably spend every afternoon out there during the summer. The common area is also super nice and the bathrooms were very clean. Not to mention there were 2 goldies trying to participate in our event so that sold me on this location even more!

I’ve lived in 3 Cleveland apartments. Worthington Yards has been the best by far in every comparison. The management is wonderful. Tyese & Lu were extremely helpful moving in/ answering questions and also were amazing in assisting my subleasing my unit. Roy is also a fantastic head of maintenance. Fixed my A/C same day. The building is a great place to live and i would highly recommend to anyone.

Worthington Yards has been a great place to live over the past two years and has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. David does an amazing job managing the building. It’s always clean and well-run, and he is a professional in maintaining a sense of community. The first floor art gallery always keeps things interesting with its monthly changes. The outdoor grills are also top notch. Finally, the gym is solid. Nothing too fancy but it definitely gets the job done for free weights and cardio equipment.

Lived here for a number of years. Wonderful, centrally located apartment building with great, responsive management. Super clean and well-kept grounds. Units offer high-end designs and they feature special touches throughout. Building offers a very unique courtyard with a large community green space. Highly recommend for downtown living.

Wonderful apartment! Stayed here for a year and had a great experience. Beautiful amenities, thoughtfully planned events, and a very attentive staff. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in living in downtown Cleveland
