Unsafe for Any Family We moved in hoping for a safe home — instead, we got a bed bug-infested nightmare. We had to throw out all our beds, live in fear, and deal with unhelpful, disrespectful staff who showed zero empathy and blamed us instead of taking responsibility. As a family, we felt ignored, mistreated, and completely abandoned. This place is not safe, not clean, and definitely not run by people who care.

I was here from July 2023 to Dec 2024 so ❌❌be careful ❌❌ Poor company, the maintenance they don’t coming on time to fix your problems( I don’t have a mirror in my bathroom since 9 months)also they have too many cockroaches and ants on summer time .and then be careful maybe u can’t receive your deposit back they can find you any small problem ( so u need to complain) .

This is the first time I have experienced bad treatment from the management, especially the landlord. He told us that we will be the first to rent this apartment, but after that he did not fulfill his promise. The same thing happened to the main office. They told us that they would call us later, but they did not call.

⭐☆☆☆☆ WORST EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS This has been one of the worst renting experiences of my life. After moving in, we discovered a massive bed bug infestation in our apartment. We found bugs crawling on our bed, walls, and belongings. We had to throw away all our furniture just to protect ourselves — losing hundreds of dollars. When we reported it, the management was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping us, they blamed us and claimed we brought the infestation. They offered no support, told us to sleep in the infested apartment, or pay out of pocket for a motel. We called 311 and filed an official complaint with the city, and now an inspector is coming — because the situation was that bad. Still, management refused to let us out of the l

Extended maintenance requests fall on deaf ears from resident manager to general manager. Any complaints ranging from multiple stolen packages after delivery (one delivery the manager Anthony Soto was actually sitting in his office during the 10 minute time period! ) or of overwhelming hallway stench of weed, any serious maintenance requests, parking lot parties, and you will be accused of having bugs, messy apartment etc etc to have you evicted. After over 5 years and absolutely NO complaints-I made the mistake of getting angry at the resident manager doing nothing about stolen packages, even there are cameras & signs everywhere.
