This 5-star rating is for Assanté's service; he was very respectful and competent in the work he performed at my home. He took care of my belongings and was even more careful not to make noise, as my babies were sleeping. It was about time this condominium hired competent people. José, the receptionist, is also an excellent person. But apart from that, they leave much to be desired; it's a large condominium with few employees, which makes maintenance difficult.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could! I lived here for 2 years and it was actually the worst experience. Apparently you should never move into an apartment that shows you a staged apartment and not the one you will be moving into. The staged one looked so nice and then ours was way less nice. We should have known it was a bad idea when we were set to move into a corner unit which I was really excited about. Then the other leasing guy tells us it wont actually be ready by the time we move in but never gave us a time frame and made it feel like we had to move into a different one. THEN, a week after we moved into our apartment we see people moving into the corner apartment we were supposed to have. So, I was very mad because I could have had that apartment. W

I strongly advise against moving into this complex. If I could go back in time, I would never have chosen to live here. The property has serious issues with rats, roaches, and a variety of other insects. Maintenance is severely lacking requests are either ignored or completed poorly, and often marked as "resolved" without any actual work being done. The landlord, Jessica, has been consistently unprofessional, unresponsive, and disrespectful. Arianna, a member of the staff, also appears to have little initiative or authority to address resident concerns. The most alarming issue was the presence of black mold in the basement and throughout much of the unit. Worthington Medow Maintenance is awful. Requests are ignored for long periods of time, emergency issues are treated like minor ones, and repairs are done carelessly. I would not recommend this place if timely maintenance is important to you This was the worst place I’ve ever lived. Every time it rained, my ceiling would drip water. I reported this issue multiple times, along with carpet problems, and nothing was ever fixed. These were major issues and management completely ignored them. When I finally moved out because of the unresolved problems, they charged me for damages that I had already reported several times while living there. Extremely unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here going on 4 years now. The first three years have been fine, no complaints. Recently it seems that Worthington Meadows has come under new management. Now, I cannot tell everyone enough NOT to rent here. For the past couple months, we’ve had animals in our attic. We were told pest control would come out to take care of the situation. Surprise surprise, there are still animals. I put in a service request on November 10th and never heard anything. I followed up twice via emails. Nothing. I called 6 days ago, and they tried to sound sympathetic, and said that they’re waiting to hear back from a contractor to do roof repairs, so then pest control can come back. They said they’d email with updates when they heard back from the contractor. It’s been silent since with no update. L
