Worthington Green Apartments

I lived here for about a year and a half. Things were kept very clean, and I never had issues finding a parking spot. The dumpsters were never full (I've had this issue elsewhere). Management is very communicative and reasonable. Never had an issue getting maintenance in my unit. Safe area. I'm a big Amazon shopper, and I never had to worry about racing home to retrieve a package out of fear it'd be taken. Always felt safe walking to my car, even at night. It's the small things like this that add up, and are truly important at the end of the day. I'd consider moving here again.

I have been a resident for over 1 and 1/2 years. This apartment complex is very mice and clean. I have a 2-bedroom unit which I absolutely love. The grounds are kept up, grass mowed, litter picked up, and mulch gardens are maintained in beautiful shape. The management team is very congenial and all requests for repairs and other issued are dealt with in a timely manner. The pool, clubhouse, and other amenities add a great deal of pleasure. The community is very peaceful and quiet place to live.

Great experience touring with Alyssa! I was teetering between here and another community but I’ll be applying here. She made me feel welcome and not like I was interrupting her day which I really appreciated as other communities do not give the same hospitality

Tried to do an in-person tour of an apartment today at this location and couldn't find the actual place we were touring because the address they gave didn't exist on maps. I waited at the actual apartment complex (with a complete different address than they gave me) and no one showed up. The phone number listed on their site was disconnected. I tried to email them back to ask where I was supposed to meet up with them, and got no reply. I tried to email another email address they gave me and it was not a real email address... I tried to do a self-guided tour with the Tour24 app they suggested and it asked for payment information which seemed really sketchy. Was optimistic about this place due to the more affordable pricing, but am disappointed with the complete lack of communication.

I wouldn’t even be able to tell you about the property because it is impossible to get a hold of someone, I was supposed to have a tour and was stood up TWICE. The self guided tour is a lie. No one picks up. There is NO office staff on site. Don’t EVEN BOTHER TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSE WHERE. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!
