Worthington Gardens

Me and my husband used to live here years ago for 3 and a half years. We hated to move when we were here about 14 years ago. We lived at other places after we had to move out due to renovations. Worthington Gardens had a special place in my heart as the best place me and my husband ever lived in. Now that we are back to live here again they have done an awesome job in renovating this place. Now we have our own microwave right above the stove and a nice full size washer and dryer that took place of the coat closet when you first come in. Cindy the resident manager really took great care of us and very attentative to whatever we needed! Downsized from a 3 bedroom home in Texas to this absolutely charming one bedroom apartment high up in the trees here at Worthington Gardens. Despite the number of units in this community, it’s always very quiet. I wondered if I had any neighbors at all for my first two months. The unit is so spacious (including the master closet) and thoughtfully updated to accommodate all my needs. The huge patio has allowed me to show off my green thumb and enjoy the beautiful days overlooking the creek. The grounds are also very well maintained and the local shopping is more than adequate to fulfill my needs. I’m about to sign to my second lease and couldn’t be happier.

I have been living in this complex for 7 months and I honestly love that it is very quiet and peaceful. Its surroundings are always well-kept and clean. There are many shops very close by and I love that. The management is very quick to respond to any problem or maintenance request. Cindy and Betty have been very efficient and kind at all times. I lived at Worthington Gardens for just over a year and only have great things to say about it. The apartments are quiet and you are surrounded by nature and beautifully landscaped gardens. The few times I had a maintenance request it was always taken care of quickly and everyone on staff is so nice. Cindy and Shay are great to communicate and work with and do their best to make Worthington Gardens feel like home. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quality living space that isn’t too far from downtown.

Loved living here!! I lived here from 2019 - 2020, and apartments had been recently renovated. Apartment was spacious for a 1 bedroom, even plenty of room for king size bed! Huge patio was a big plus for eating and relaxing outside. My apartment faced this beautiful wooded ravine, and I could watch the creek flow, this was the selling point for me. I was on the 3rd floor, but an elevator was available which made groceries easier. All my neighbors were super nice, never had any noise issues. Parking was convenient. They have additional storage units you can rent out if you need more space. The pool was fantastic!! Like swimming in the middle of the woods, since it’s surrounded by the wooded ravine. This place is truly a gem, it’s amazing how it’s so close to shopping and trails, yet tucked
