⭐️ ONE STAR — DISGUSTINGLY MISMANAGED This complex has shut off water at least 20 times in less than a year. That alone should tell you everything. Water and hot water are constantly cut with NO NOTICE, and management treats it like a minor inconvenience instead of a serious habitability issue. Currently, the hot water has been completely out for over a day, in the middle of winter. The only water available is ice cold, making it impossible to shower. When I called to ask when it would be fixed, the only answer I got was “by today.” No real timeline. No urgency. No accountability. Meanwhile, management gets to go home to their own hot showers, while paying tenants are left stuck without basic necessities — and they couldn’t care less. The property is awesome and I have been living six years with no issues. Ms.Jessi is good to reach out to . She is professional and will address with promptness and have empathy. Residents are very happy with all the improvements and renovation. Please come and see her for the apartment home. I recommend her.

Erica is not very helpful or knowledgeable at all when it comes to answering questions other than rent prices. What utilities are included aside from obviously electricity and internet? Is water allocated or flat rate? Whats the cost of sewer, trash, pest control? When is it available to move in or even show? Should I look elsewhere if it’s this hard to communicate or get any answers? I’m actually seeing a lot of issues with water shut offs and mailbox break ins now that I’ve scrolled other reviews…
