Worth Ross Management Co Inc Austin

I have no faith in Worth Ross Management Company to manage a building when they can't even manage their own services and properly send bills/invoices in a timely manner. I received a "surprise bill" SIX MONTHS LATER because they failed to manage their own services they use and didn't get an invoice until then. Did I get an email or phone call explaining this so I had a heads up this bill was coming? Nope. Don't use this company. It's not "worth" the hassle.

The 44 East Team is welcoming, helpful, and incredibly communicative with all things related to the building. It's nice to come home to their always friendly faces!

Worth Ross management is extremely disorganized, high turnover and terrible owner experience at the management level. Consistently focuses on the little things instead of how to solve big issues. Always reacting instead of being peoactive. And their technology seems o originate from tbe Atari days. If you write to corporate, they care even less

Larelle is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She was very helpful in meeting the needs of my client.

I love the 44East Ave team! The wonderful team at the consigner desk to the guy who does a lot of operational work, Carlos, to the ladies who clean the building tirelessly.
