Maintenance is very quick and kind. I am a realtor and have a pretty good feel for the value of places to live and I believe these condos are a luxury for a low cost. In comparison, University Trails charges $950 for their one bedroom and I promise the difference is huge! I have a very nice little patio, the stained Concrete floors look great and make life easy, super tall ceiling makes the place seem huge and all the appliances are stainless steel. I only pay electricity which is great and Bryan Utilities are cheaper so my bill is always under $100 even in the summer. I like walking to Northgate (about 10-15 minutes) and the location is perfect because I have an easy driving route to just about anywhere in College Station or Bryan. Leased from worth for 3 years. Sandy, the lady at the front desk has always been more than helpful. From always answering my questions to letting me choose my exact apartment, she has been very nice. I never really had any service issues, but did have a small bit of water damage after a large rainstorm. Maintenance guys came and fixed it within 2 days. The maintenance guy is very friendly and comfortable to be around, unlike some of the shady contractors at other complexes I have visited. I too was very skeptical of leasing after reading their reviews, but after leasing with them, I would recommend them to anyone looking for decently priced housing close to campus. If you treat them and their properties how you would want to be treated, there really isnt anything to worry about.

Do not lease from company! My son and his friends found this house on their own and unfortunately did not due their research. When my son and his friends moved into the rental home it was dirty, cabinets greasy, not one smoke detector in the house, none of the locks on the doors worked...the list goes on. Also not matter what condition you leave the house they do not refund your deposit. Only after my son disputed the excessive charges on his final move out statement, $600 out of a $2,400 deposit was refunded. I personally made sure they left the house better than they received it. Worth is worthless they accessed ridiculous charges, such as a large fee for garbage haul off which was only bags of trash and a grill. Worth Residential is the worst management company I have ever not had the pleasure of doing business with. Completely unscrupulous business practice, especially when they have young couples and students living within their properties. 100% steal your deposit at move out. Plus, they charge you A TON on top of taking your entire deposit. If you plan on renting from Worth, (because they definitely have cute rentals) be sure to take thorough pictures at move-in, be very detailed on your Inventory & Condition form and take plenty of photos at move out. This way you have evidence you can take to small claims court, when they over-charge you for false damages at move-out. If I could give Worth 0 stars, I would.

I moved in August, 2019 and it has been almost 3 months and I have not had any issues with anything. Hope it stays the same. I have had couple of things breaking down and upon request the situation was promptly rectified. Overall quality of facilities in the flat are amazing. I wish the club facilities were a bit better (saw a frog enjoying the swimming pool the other day). But then with this price I knew that the club will not be that amazing. The internet and cable is included which is an added plus. Utilities have been around $50-$60 a month so far for 1st floor flat with two occupants, one of whom stays home the whole day, which is not that bad. I strongly recommend anybody looking for a quite, peaceful, family friendly, modern and clean accommodation.
