Waited several months to make a review to be sure our experience living here was as amazing as our experience as prospective renters. From the start they were extremely communicative during our rental search process. Responses were quick, detailed, and I overall felt like I was being spoken to as a person and not a potential profit. Speaking of profit, rent prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of space. After moving in and living here I still have nothing but good things to say. Maintenance lives on site so requests are extremely fast and I am confident if I had an emergency it would be handled quickly as well. I've lived here for 5 years total, and I can see myself here even longer than that. It's a great location within walking distance to Ward Parkway Center and a grocery store. Management is excellent and attentive - maintenance requests are always handled fast. Highly recommend this place to anyone interested!

Lived here 2023-2025. The buildings are falling apart. Utilities are billed collectively on top of your individual Evergy account. I regularly was billed $150+ in property utilities. If you sign a lease here, get used to being treated like the landlord's back yard. Maintenance will enter your apartment with no notice for bogus reasons. The landlord's kids and all their friends will play on your stairwell and block entrances.

Im 19 ive lived here for about 5 months, me and my roommates first time leaving home, this place made it possible on point maintenance team, the laundry rooms are a blessing, rent is great for the location not only from a young prospective either, i have met many friendly neighbors of all ages as well. Great place to live! I lived here 2 years and the only problem I had was a dripping ceiling which they fixed after some work! I was very happy living here and it's in a great location. It may be a bit old but it's a very comfy place to live.
