Auggie and the rest of the team at SPTrec are awesome. We lived there for almost two years and it was a great experience. All maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the management office was always responsive and kind. On top of that the location is great and the units are nice.

If I could give this place a -star rating I would. Pros about living here: - Ok city location - Beautiful apartments Cons about living here: - Building is supposed to be smoke free. It’s not. People smoke on their balconies and the hallways. The hallways in the bad side always smell like sewer, cigarette smoke or marijuana. No consequences for people who do this. Even though it’s on the lease document. - Walls are paper thin. If you are civil and understand how apartment living works you understand this. However, some people in the building don’t. So, people take it upon them selves to aggressively pound your walls and floors. But, since some of these people have been there since the building opened, they think they own their unit so it may be ok for them to make noise, being a n

I’ve lived in the Woodworking Lofts since they opened in 2018 and just signed a lease for year three. Aside from the beautiful apartments, the property managers have been very responsive and kind. They go above and beyond, providing donuts and coffee to residents every Sunday morning, gift baskets for Thanksgiving, Tamales for Mexican Independence Day, etc. All of the initial issues the building had when it first opened have been ironed out. I plan to live here for a long time.

We’ve lived here for 9 months and have been super happy. The apartments themselves are beautiful and we’ve received great service from the management staff. They have been super responsive on our maintenance requests. We love the neighborhood with it Latin character and fun and tasty dining options.

Do NOT move into this place. Totally incomplete work across the board getting this place livable. Auggie is deceptive in his promises and the place is completely unsafe. Unfinished units do not have locks on them, windows not put in giving easy access to anyone who wants to try to get in, non-existent security in the building. Management impossible to work with. It is clear they just tried to slap the units together to get them rented out but once you're in, they won't do anything to help. When asking for things to be fixed, you're met with resistance, refusal, or empty promises and more incomplete work - but probably all 4. SPTREC should be shut down.
