Woodwind Village Apartments

Though I have only lived here a few months so far, I am beyond pleased with my home!! Nancy and Emma have been excellent to work with, and their level of residential experience is unmatched. The staff maintaining the property (forgive me for not knowing their names yet) always wave, speak, and converse when I’m out. I wish I were able to convey through text my gratitude for this community and the amazing staff running it!!

Nancy and Emma (management, June 2024) are fantastic!! The facility is very well taken care of by the custodial staff. It Was a very worthy place to live for 3 years. The electronic locks on the door are a nice addition. The app used for payments is easy and convenient. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is something completely out of anyone's control on the premises. The huge apartment complex being built next to it, is going to coagulate traffic. BUT, other then that, it is a great place!!!

The Ladies in the front office were great very helpful, other then that no. We moved 3 times in one year in this complex, Our second apartment the AC ducts had holes in it so we were cooling the space above the apartment for 2 months couldn't get the AC below 75-76. AC bill was almost 489 a month. They put in a new AC unit and such but just wouldn't work right. We moved to a front apartment and we stayed there for about 3 months. we had mold growing above the door in the last apartment we were in and they just painted over it when we told them we had mold. We were moving anyway so no point in fussing about it anymore. Definitely check out some others in the area and do research on other apartments around, Also we cleaned the inside and still got a 125 dollar light house keeping fee and suc

I lived at this complex for several years until I got a house. While it might not be the newest complex it’s definitely one of the better ones that I have lived at. Michelle and her staff do a great job and I really enjoyed all the nature and wildlife that surround the property

Woodwind Village is spectacular. What makes it so spectacular is the management. Nancy is incredible. Friendly and sweet, and communicates excellently. Emma is super cool too. I always come in for a conversation with them, because they are so nice. They take care of everything we need, and do it graciously. I love this place, and highly recommend it if you're looking for a new place to stay.
