Woodwillow Townhomes

I moved in the end of October early November and i must say i love it here, its quite very well taken care of and the residents are so welcoming. Lydia always greets us with smiles and is quick to respond if we need anything. Thanks Lydia for helping me choose a great place to live.

Lydia has been so wonderful since we applied to move in. She was so patient with us when we were stressed about finding a new place and has been so welcoming and helpful since we moved in. Even checked in on us a few weeks after we moved in to see if we were doing alright/needed anything. I love the option of texting the office instead of having to listen to an automated system every time I have a question. The community is so whimsical with the trees and flowers. Very happy to be living here.

Moved in just a few weeks ago! Lydia the property manager has been super helpful and patient through the whole process and is quick to solve any problems that arose. The complex is quiet and peaceful, and my neighbors so far are friendly. Would recommend

I recently moved into WW with my roomate and we’ve had a pleasant experience with the building and its manager so far! Upon moving in new flooring was put down, it went from carpet to hardwood, that was very exciting for us and much appreciated! So far all our questions and requests have been answered- Lydia (property manager) seems very understanding and willing to work with whatever issue may arise. The pool stays clean! That’s a big plus for us! I will say there is a bit of a wasp problem, my roomate and I have handled the issue on our own. Other than that- I recommend WW Townhomes if you’re looking for a reasonably priced spot that’s spacious and is still close to downtown!

Me and my roommate are very satisfied with our new home. We have been here for two months and we have absolutely no complaints. It is a quiet area that's great for the price (only five minutes from downtown) and we feel great about our decision to move here after some bad experiences with our past residencies. On top of that, Lydia the property manager has been extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. Would recommend to a friend.
