Woodward West

Chelsea gave me the BEST tour at Woodward West. She was so patient, kind, and informative, and made me feel completely at ease while showing me around. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but she made it enjoyable and exciting instead. You can really tell she loves what she does she answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the property. Woodward West is lucky to have her, and honestly they should promote her because she truly goes above and beyond for every person she works with!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had while attempting to tour your property. After speaking with Chelsea, I scheduled an apartment tour for a Saturday, which your office offers by appointment. Although I sensed some hesitation about a weekend showing, we agreed on an 11:00 a.m. time to accommodate a later start to the day. I received **two confirmation emails** confirming the appointment. When we arrived for the tour, no one was present. We repeatedly called the provided phone number and were routed to an off-site service, which informed us that they could only relay a message and that someone would contact us on Monday. We waited **45 minutes**, paid for parking **twice**, and ultimately left without ever being met or contacted. When I called on

I love these apartments! I'm coming down for school during the upcoming semester and was looking for accommodations near my school. I toured a few other apartments before coming to Woodward Wst and was impressed but offput by customer service I received. However, here was the complete opposite. I was able a coffee while on a tour with Chelsey and was shown the gorgeous amenities they offer. If I'm treated this good on TOUR, I can only imagine how it would feel to live here.

I would not recommend living here. There have been multiple vehicle break-ins, and management eventually had to bring in security because people were using stolen or shared entry codes to gain access to the building. The police are called here regularly. While the building looks very nice on the inside, that does not reflect the reality of living here. Residents should expect ongoing issues. During the summer months, there are persistent gnat problems that never seem to be fully resolved. After moving out, I was wrongfully charged fees, which forced me to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies just to get the situation addressed. Every detail of my move in has been easy and smooth. The entire complex is very thoughtfully designed. My apartment is beautiful and the few maintenance requests I had were addressed within 24 hours. You’re a 6 min walk from a full grocery store and a 20 min walk from downtown. Bonus, my favorite restaurant in the city (Shewolf) is an 11 min walk.
