I have tenant here for the last 8 months and I have had nothing but great experiences here. David has been good about getting me any info when I need answers to any questions and the maintenance guys have always been very friendly. Great price for a little quiet neighborhood, most people don't even know its here.

Awful! The property is NOT insured!! Roofs blown off and destroying property and vehicles, 2 months later roof still not replaced. Owners told everyone the cars were covered per "their liability insurance", but not the renters personal belongings in the units, then a month and a half later, mind you the entire time the owner said his insurance told him the cars were going to be fixed then after a month and a half his "insurance" changed their minds to it being "an act of God ". They do NOT complete work orders. People have been waiting months on even small work orders to be completed. They pick and choose who pays $375 & who pays $425. Which changes every month! Just because it's affordable doesn't mean they can treat people however they'd like! They're not a registered company. Rente

From what I have seen and heard about the place....well lets put it this way you get what you pay for..so if this place were free, that would still be more then it's worth..😁

An absolute eyesore. Should be taken down completely.
