Woodview Terrace

I wish I could give ten stars. With all the places in Knoxville that I could live I have chosen Woodview Terrace 3 times. My family moved in once when I was younger and I grew up there. After I was married my wife and I lived there a few more years. And now that my wife and I have sold our first house we have chosen to live here again while we look for our next home. The benefits are abundant. Spacious, great pool area, well kept grounds, and over-the-top cleanliness. In my many years and my multiple times living here I have never seen a pest of any sort in my home. As a family with small children I also feel safe even to have an evening stroll. I am about to finish up my second year lease at Woodview Terrace and I must say that I have truly enjoyed my experience here. Robin and Angela at the office have been phenomenal to me while being here. The whole staff is friendly and I was lucky to get the chance to get to know them on a personal level while dropping off my rent check each month. I have never had to complain about any noises on the property, also all of my neighbors are very kind and down to Earth. I highly recommend checking this place out due what I have previously said in addition to the location convenience and extremely reasonable prices.

If you are looking for an apartment in West Knoxville check out Woodview Terrace apartments. We have lived here for 3 years and have had zero issues. The staff is friendly, the floor plan is open and spacious, and any maintenance requests are completed quickly. We once had our hot water go out at 6 am on a Sunday and the someone was here within 15 min. AND they have pest control come and spray the apartments regularly. You can’t beat the price, location, or the people.

I have lived this place for several years. The ladies in the leasing office are always nice and their responses to maintenance are always rapid. It is also conveniently located near west town mall, restaurants and Knoxville downtown. A swimming pool opens during summer and kids love it. I would certainly recommend this apartment with fairly price.

Where to start! Take my advice and pay a little more for a quality apartment. This has place has been going downhill for a couple years now, especially since the new manager has taken over. Don't believe me then ask a few tenants! Parker Shiflett and Co have raised rates over 50% in the last 2 years under the guise of "market rates" all the while letting the place deteriorate. I received a $150 increase renewal notice 2 days prior to my renewal. Again, I WARN you to don't fall for the price. You will regret it.
