The fastest, cheapest & easiest move in that I've ever done! My husband & I submitted an application on February 20th, 2026 & were approved & moved in the very next day on February 21st, 2026. During the application/screening process, Victoria was SUPER helpful & handled all of our paperwork with ease all while dealing with current residents coming in & out of the office for their own needs. Note to add, the screening process allows you to go through their 3rd party approval process if you are denied & they will approve you with a non-refundable deposit. As we got into our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, the apartment was nice, clean & fit our specific needs as a family. You will not regret submitting that application here! 🙏🏼

Called from Dallas to find an apartment for my family member who is moving in September. Not a fan of new apartments, they just don’t have the space . Was shopping apartments close to highways and grocery stores. I remember living at these apartments as at a kid and loved that it was close to everything, plus the schools. I spoke with office staff Victoria she was quick to send me pictures that showed me an apartments and told me everything that was in the area, kinda nice to reminisce on childhood. Good price for the area. Is on my top list of places to lease. Will come in to town and pay a visit soon

We lived in different apartment complex for years. From Phoenix AZ, Midland TX and now Odessa TX. The Maintenance team here at the Woodview Apartments are Awesome. As a resident here you need something fixed, they come the same day. The Woodview Apartments really take care of their residents.

Very clean complex with zero noise problems! Very quiet and the inside of the apartments are really nice! If we have a problem they come and fix it asap! Great communication skills on the offices part!

I had such a fantastic experience living at Woodview Apartments! It really felt like home. The apartment itself was spacious and quiet, which I loved. Being in a pet-friendly community was a huge bonus for me, and the office staff was always so attentive and helpful. They always made sure to hold my USPS packages, which was super convenient! Whenever I had a maintenance request, they were quick to respond, usually within about 48 hours, and I really appreciated that. Even though it’s a two-story building, my neighbors were really nice and kept to themselves, making it a peaceful place to live. I also enjoyed having a shopping center right nearby, with a grocery store just a couple of blocks away. I never had any parking issues with neighbors. Plus, there were options for vehicle care clos
