Very unorganized! There’s a different property manager every 8 months to a year. They make their own rules. No one seems to pass along any information to the next manager. Poor communication skills. Zero consistency with policies.

i like the fact HUD has these homes. But the people they hire for the office are horrible. They get nothing done and are very rude. I wish they hire better people in the woodstock office. They always have to replace people because of the nad customer service and still continue to hire nasty people.

IT'S A VERY LOUSY PLACE TO LIVE! IT COULD BE BETTER IF THEY EVER HIRE THE RIGHT KIND OF PEOPLE! FIX THINGS CORRECTLY, LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE THE WHOLE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE THROWN AWAY !
