Woodside Village Apartments

Organized management, and a fast process. They are kind and caring people in the office. Morrine is nice and kind and will address all new or future tenants concerns. Every appointment felt like I was sitting with a family member. She is so kind. Tammy is assistant manager and did such a good job at making sure everything the Morrine couldn't cover she got. Not to mention the willingness to learn about all the things they do. I'd suggest this complex to everyone. It feels like home and I know that the management has my back

I'd like to say first and foremost, im not sure why ppl are leaving bad reviews about Woodside Village Apartments! Maureen and Tammy have made mine and my daughter move in effortless, they both went above and beyond! The apartment grounds are clean and apartment was way beyond exceptional from for us to move in! It's so nice to know Woodside Apartments employees care about there tenants! Ty so much.

The worst apartment complex ever. My daughter had carbon monoxide poisoning in the apartments and maintenance told us we were lucky to be alive and chuckled. We ended up having nowhere to go in the middle of the night and they offered no services. Management changed and we got Maureen who was rude and told the business of every tenant. I knew details about every tenant I did not need to know about others because she was unprofessional not only that but she discriminated against the African population that resided in those apartments. I hope she is terminated I am so lucky to be out of there but if i can make any suggestion please do not stay in these apartments they will mentally abuse you and make you feel less than. I will be making a formal complaint against these apartments. Do better

Manager came to my apartment was upset I didn’t come down fast enough for her but I had just sprang my ankle the day before instead of waiting for me to come down she yelled from outside about the issue with the maintenance very unprofessional she made me and my children feel very uncomfortable and my children to live here

Not really good place to live with kids, Too many nosey people just watching what you do what and game coming and going in. I lived here for 4 years when my kids were tiny. They did though make a splash park and a park for the kids that live there which is the best thing that ever happened there not to mention they have inside air conditioning which is even better.
