If there is a 0 star believe me I put it here I normally don’t write reviews, but what happened to my family with Toll Brothers and Toll Brothers Mortgage has been devastating, and people need to be warned. They leaved us homeless with 3 kids and a pregnancy . And that happend to us in the project HAVEN OAKS but I wanna share with everyone, in every project that there are try to stole people money like they do. From the very beginning in September 2024, we were led to believe that we were fully approved and qualified. Based on that, we moved forward in good faith and trusted their process. We gave them an enormous amount of money—over $85,000 in deposits, including $50,000 just for the design center—money that took us years of sacrifice to save, all with the dream of giving our children

I bought my home from this company last August. The house is beautiful. Some poor design flaws like lack of closet space. Warranty is a high issue. I paid $40,000 for the lot that is badly graded. The water is not draining well. Walking on the lawn is mushy but warranted said it’s not covered. The back yard is graded like the letter “C” so it’s naturally holding water. It’s on an incline so there shouldn’t be any problems with draining, right? The electric work is another issue. The light over the dining room/ nook area is very close to the wall and hangs two thirds over the table and not centered. I placed a warranty slip and was rejected because Casey stated that’s what in my plan. I’m not an electrician and was not included in this decision. I was told I’ll have to pay to fix it. I’m th
