I like living here. It is a quiet, clean, and safe place. The staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly. I recommend this community.

Lush greenery encompasses the entire complex. Friendly and helpful staff man the leasing office and they keep the complex and grounds looking awesome with a talented landscaping service! The grounds are kept impeccable and you never worry about anything like theft, burglary, robbery like you might in Seattle. Do you enjoy nature? The landscape creates a "Park" like setting, with sidewalks winding in curves throughout the complex. It's SO peaceful & calming. No it's not brand new. But the apartments are huge and rents are affordable. It's BELLEVUE, where you can trust your neighbors and can safely go for a walk at night.

Great community to stay, Good maintenance close proximity to all amenities. The apartment itself is spacious and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, making it easy for me to cook meals . The living room is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

Woodside East Apartments has been my home for close to three years now. We have very friendly staff. Mantainance guys are awesome they are always available and willing to help. The apartments are very spacious and clean. Security is very good with proper street lighting. There is parking for everyone.

The grounds are very nice. I love my unit. The only thing I find myself challenged with is, the upkeep of the grounds and staircases that have carpeting. I have tried everything and I cannot get them 1/2 decent. I would be grateful if we could get the carpeted stairs cleaned and if porches and decks and walkways were kept cleaned off.
