Woods of Castleton Apartments and Townhomes

Haven't had many issues that dnt get resolved tbh. Ofc there's been some hiccups along the way that ticked me off. Nothing to ride home about atp. (I believe Communication could be a factor) MY unit is nice, stayed in a flat & upgraded to townhouse both were nice. They do have a spider problem so I keep up on spraying inside/outside perimeter. Donna is who I work with typically when I need something &Mo gets the wo's completed efficiently not having to come bk multiple times. Expensive so i have high expectations for money I pay monthly 🙃. Love the Centralized location outside of Rush traffic too. I did realize they switch staff/property managers alot not sure whts up with tht part. Atp relieved Donna & mo are still around

I had a great experience touring the property and working with Donna — she was professional, knowledgeable, and made the apartment selection process smooth and enjoyable. She has been consistently helpful and responsive throughout my application and move-in process. That said, I want to be honest about a frustrating situation I’ve encountered. I was incorrectly charged a $150 utility fee for electricity that was supposed to be in my name. AES confirmed it was due to an address discrepancy on their end, not my mistake. Resolving this issue has required multiple calls, emails, and time spent coordinating between AES and the leasing office. I love my apartments. I love the fact that when I first was interested, I had to call the apartment complex to see if my application was accepted or not. I love when I paid both my deposits and I was about to pay rent (without seeing the apartment first) I was told I had to pay a extra 125$ on top of my rent because apparently all of the sudden five weeks when it’s my move in date the lady at the front desk told me I owe that 125$. I was also told that my deposit was 600$ dollars it was actually a 700$. I love when every time think of this apartment. I think about the time when I saw my 200$ unit fee go down the drain because when signing the papers my original unit was sold despite only changing my move in date once.
