Woods Edge Apartments

Lived there for two years and still got my security deposit back . I would definitely recommend it . We moved to Texas - that was the only reason we moved out . During our stay management definitely got better. New manager and her team were nice and helpful. Also, the guy who worked during weekend- always remembered our names, was professional and polite. Maintenance tickets always got resolved on time. They were able to resolve parking issue. I miss my balcony n fall view from it. Thank you Wood Edge team for making our stay wonderful !!

Place is disgusting, infested with roaches eventually bed bugs! When you drive in you are greeted by the overflowing garbage dumpsters. You can’t ever have people come visit because if they park their car in the parking lot they get towed unless you get a “permit” which if your family shows up after 5pm you can’t get. My own vehicle got towed over and over again and I never got a parking permit and when I called the MAIN OFFICE about it the said “well there’s nothing we can do”. The property “manager” (Veronica) is very unprofessional and rude. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this place! If you’re military don’t even consider this nasty moldy place as it will be blacklisted in the next couple of weeks.

Horrible, dirty, noisy place- Our apartment was infested by roaches and eventually by bed bugs. The exterminators they hired don't take the infestations seriously so the problem keeps coming back. The neighbors would litter trash everywhere. When you drove into the complex you would be greeted by dumpsters overflowing in trash. The parking lot would get so crowded you would have to park really far from your unit to get a spot. The laundry rooms were usually dirty and the machines were broken half of the time. One of the worst places I've ever lived.

Very unprofessional! After confirming my viisit, they call to mentioned they don't even have a model to show me. Although, in their website one can clearly see availability, I was asked if I want to go tour the office because it's what they have at the moment. If you dont have availability DON'T say you do.

I lived there before, I loved it. I recommend it, it's a beautiful place to live and it was very quiet and the rental office staff were very polite.
