Woods at Wareham

So I've lived here for about 10 years now with my family. In the beginning it was real bad with drug dealers ECT. But credit Wareham police for cleaning up the place a bit. But then now recently over the years it's going bad again for so many other reasons sadly... The most recent is a pressure washing company that was here yesterday. They apparently sprayed my whole garden I not only worked very hard on during what little free time I have from working... But it also cost me roughly $150 to get this garden to the level it's at. Now after the chemicals that were spayed... And obviously we're intentionally sprayed at my garden because of the garden fence pieces that are knocked down blatantly.... Consistently improving! I moved here about 8 years ago, there were a lot of issues back then that made me think “What have I done?!” Loud parties and music blasting into early morning hours. Police presence on almost a daily basis. I didn’t feel safe having my kids play outside or (me) walking around at night. A lot of maintenance issues that were slow to get fixed. Since then there is new management and all I’ve seen are constant improvements. Maintenance is right on top of any concerns brought to their attention, and on top of that management is always working on their own projects to improve the property. Lived there for 12 yrs was bad then good back to bad. They don't do anything about the neighbors at all.The bad residents get treated like gold and are untouchable , so don't complain it's not worth it. Kids are out of control half of the parents are gettho and don't care. Glad I was able to get out of there wish it didn't take as long as it did.
