About 2 yrs ago my family was looking to sell our house, which we out grew, and purchase a new one. Cheryl was very helpful and instrumental with our goal. She sat down and helped us understand all that we needed to do. Cheryl was flexible and available on showing us different homes. Once we found our forever home, she kept us updated with the process right until the end. We have been very pleased with our new home and thankful to Cheryl and the rest of the Woodroe Realty team.

My husband and I worked with Cheryl for about 6 months looking at homes and got frustrated when we kept losing the ones we wanted for a variety of reasons, I wanted to give up but Cheryl wouldn't let me, we kept moving along and finally found the perfect home for our family. Cheryl is a great Realtor and person and i'm proud to have her as a friend.I have referred her to others and will continue to do so.

Cheryl Krug-Wirth is BY FAR one of the hardest, most dedicated realtors I've ever met, she is definitely an asset to Woodroe Realty. She takes her time with each client and makes you feel like you are the only one she has. Easy to get in touch with, always calls/texts back, and stays on top of the other people (bankers, other agents, etc) to make sure they're staying on top of what they need to be doing to make the purchase/sale of a house go smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone (and have on multiple occasions) in the market of buying and/or selling a home!

Woodroe Realty is awesome. Our Agent Cheryl worked very hard for us til we found the house of our dreams. Meanwhile listing our old house with countless open houses. We looked at I cant remember how many houses and she never missed a beat. She would set up as many appointments as it took to find the house we wanted. With a thin market, never ounce did she try to get us to settle. We just kept looking. It didn't matter how more we would have to look at. Finally one came available that we just fell in love with. Our old house sold. We are living in a house that we could of only dreamed of. My wife and I cant thank Woodroe Realty and Cheryl Wirth for making it all happen. They made it look easy for sure.

Cheryl goes out of her way to assist in buying and selling, she was always available to answer our questions no matter the time of day. She does her best to move things as quickly as possible for you, and helps to try and make a stressful time not so stressful. Highly recommend!!
