Woodridge Pointe Apartments

Management is very prejudice. The rules do not apply to everyone and management picks and chooses when to enforce rules and who to enforce them against. Every tenant isnt held to the same standards. The management has picked and choose family and friends to accept as applicants and passes over other potential tenants due to not having a previous relationship with them. This has cause a lot of conflict amongst tenants. The environment changed when the management changed. Bugs everywhere. Trash on the stairs. Children play out here and since new management, they do not enforce any safety in the parking lot what so ever. Cars speed through all day long like it's Mario carts. Minimal maintenance. If you even wanna call it that. You have to raise hell for weeks or months to get any problems add

The manager and the maintenance man out here is terrible. There were two professional women in the office and they got rid of them for the woman we have now. The maintenance man is sneaky and wants to be in people's apartments while they're not there. Get rid of all of them.

Apartments look nice at first.The appliances that they are furnished with continuously break down and management makes no effort to replace or fix. Anything that needs fixing will take more than 6 months to ever be evaluated and another 6months before any work is started and never finished. Like the AC unit not working properly for air & heat flow, doesn't have cross space in any of the apartments to fix air conditioning ruining my abilities to breathe properly. Which has now been covered with black plastic sheeting for over 6 months with holes in the walls. The flea,ant and bug infestations are not being addressed. This apartment complex needs a handyman and a manager that is interested in keeping them up. This past week did they finally address the hurricane debris. It has been months.

Management never in office. Repairs never completed. Full of bugs and mold. Teens roam all night damaging cars. Video cameras seem to never be working. Parking lot is dangerous due to speeding and wreckless drivers. This place needs new management and a few people thrown out. They have literally ruined a brand new apartment complex in just 2 years
