Woodmont West at Mt. Arlington

To be honest, I was incredibly angry about the situation with the salt! I hesitated for a long time before saying anything about it. Despite the fact that these apartments are mostly wonderful, they fall far short of the level they claim to be. I understand everything, but you're spreading salt everywhere! Even on the dog park! My dog ​​is suffering because her paws are now hurting! I could forgive everything else, but not this! I contacted support and they told me that the salt is dog-friendly, but that's not true!! And another thing, after I reported the problem and asked them to stop spreading salt, they seemed to deliberately spread even more salt everywhere!! Instead of just cleaning it up properly, they dumped a million tons of salt everywhere! That's not normal!

We moved into Woodmont West in September 2024. We had issues with the dishwasher from day 1. Either it smelled moldy or it wasn’t heating. After multiple tickets being opened , new parts installed, we thought all was well. Then the dispenser stopped opening and the dishes weren’t getting cleaned properly. We thought at this point we should just be given a new dishwasher. Once again more repairs were done but more issues were caused. Now there was flooding. No one could get it right. Finally we got Adam one of the maintenance techs who came to investigate and right off the bat he said enough was done and we were getting a new dishwasher. We were so appreciative that finally someone got it right. Thank you Adam !!!

Living here has been nothing but a headache. They love to fine tenants $100 for made up garbage "violations" when they themselves fail to pick it up on time. Parking is nightmare. I have come to terms with the constant stench of weed wafting through the vents and windows! Landscaping crews with leaf blowers are out here early and running massive loud leaf blowers for endless hours. And they love threatening with legal action over the smallest things!

Lived here for practically 6 years. It was ok, until we decided to move out, because of personal reasons. The worst thing they did to us at the time was, keep most of our deposit! We needed our deposit, so what happens, we get our deposit check back in the mail and there are a few hundred dollars missing! They tell us that the electrical stovetop was damaged and obviously that was a lie. We kept everything clean and well. I told them that was regular wear and tear, from using the stove and cooking!
