Living with a serious infestation of drain flies for over two years, repeatedly requesting maintenance to tighten my windows and doors, to exterminate, and to look for the root cause, but the problem remained strong! One day the office calls to say I need to move immediately to another apartment because there’s a pipe issue under my floor. This was the root of the drain fly problem. They only realized it when the neighbor next door had a leak. I was not given any options but to move to another studio, which I was told was the same size as mine but it had considerably less storage/closet space. I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I've been here for years . When Yvonne became the property manager, she made me feel incredibly welcomed and supported. She’s truly amazing—always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Her kindness and professionalism made such a difference throughout my time there. The maintenance staff is also top-notch! Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, and they were always friendly and respectful. It's rare to find a team that cares so much about the community they serve. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home with an exceptional team behind it!

Lovely place to live. I love that it's all inclusive of all utilities except wifi. No bills to stress over. The amenities are above and beyond any place I've ever encountered. The Clubhouse Bar and Grill is an amazing amenity. The company has 4 complexes in all and they all have access to the Clubhouse and pool and other amenities. I prefer Woodmere personally. I f you tour them I sent you!😁

I am revising my review bc the management team has been more than willing to work with me on all of my (many) concerns. The reality is this is an extremely outdated complex with great management. Understand that a considerable amount of your rent is going towards the amenities outside of your unit. For my family this place did not make sense and for lack of better words, we didn’t realize this was such an outdated building before we moved in (we moved sight unseen from across the country). Be prepared for A LOT of drug use (I am 420 friendly but our neighbors must actually smoke with the windows shut and no care in the world. Not a place for young families in my opinion but still could be a good fit for the right person.

I dealt with Samantha Foxwell, a leasing agent and Yvonne, the property manager. Rather than list my grievances for Samantha to continue to lie about, and Yvonne to support her, I would recommend that you don’t invest any time or money in moving here. There are several new builds in the Roxborough/ Manayunk area, all around the same price range, and although I really loved the idea of a balcony, I found a beautiful, brand new apartment with a leasing agent and management company that *did not engage in predatory practices at all during this process and also did not require a holding fee* and brings me peace of mind as a tenant. Woodmere still has $1700+ of my money and I never moved there. Keep searching. Happy apartment hunting!
