Woodmere Apartments

I have lived here for 4 years at the beginning it was nice, clean parking are and dumpster area. But with time it has gotten worse the west side is always nice and clean and maintained but when you go to the east side it’s horrible dirty the dumpster areas are filthy the area where you wash your car is always leaking water and we get charged for it. They have no landscaping or anything. I wonder what maintenance does cause I never see them doing anything but just driving around on the little golf cart from there apartment to the maintenance room. Then the gates and the call box never work, random people drive In here and break in to cars or leave cars parked over night probably stolen. They keep raising the rent but don’t upgrade the apartments. They complain about having things in the pat

Update: They have illegally held on to my security deposit since we moved out November last year. They claimed that they had to use the majority of it (over $1000) for cleaning which is a blatant lie and never provided me with the breakdown of costs despite me requesting it multiple times. Their manager also told me flat out that they probably will use all of it for cleaning so don't bother cleaning at all, despite giving any reason why so much has to be used for it. After months of back and forth I was told that since they used the majority of it for "cleaning" they weren't planning on sending me the balance of what was owed to me since it wasn't much. I still have the emails and screenshot with timestamps of them admitting theft. The dollar amount is irrelevant, it's still MY money. They

Nice community and well kept. Friendly staff and the apartments are well designed for maximum use of space.

Was my first apartment after moving out with my wife and we lived there for a few years. During our entire stay, the manager and staff were extremely responsive. Any trouble we had, they were quick to take care of it. Maintenance staff took care of any issues we had. They responded to every email and every call. The community is very quiet, well kept and has Plenty of parking.

I really enjoy living here. Property is kept clean, and my family feels safe living here. Community is also gated which is a plus. Julie my community manager really does a great job. Great personality, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to find answers when needed. People do not leave here and there is reason for it.
