Woodlief Dan Ryan Homes

I wouldn't recommend moving here. Look for a different builder. I have been in my house for 2 years and have already had to have my roof replaced, Dan Ryan would not warranty the roof. My hot water heater leaks. Several cracks in walls and an unimaginable amount of nail pops which they used screws. You will find the walls are not straight and honestly a toddler could build a better house. Dan Ryan is not quality.

What you should be aware of is that some of the homes in Woodlief are not in Youngsville as advertised. I bought my home but when the contract came through it had a Franklinton zip code which is a far less desirable zip code than Youngsville. I was assured it was "just for mailing purposes" which is not true. All my utilities are tied to Franklinton including higher water rates. Also I want to note, that I am disappointed that when I moved into my brand new 300k+ home, I had to change filters, batteries , appliances that do not work properly , I have to deal with such as a dishwasher that does not dry dishes, a gas stove that smoked and now I am finding electrical outlets that do not work. I should not have to be burdened with this, all I should have to do is turn a key.
